The laboratory culture in Sports Circle is phenomenal and most importantly entirely independent. We strongly believe that, a proper functional lab can make the difference in many ways. In Sports Circle we have three different laboratories and their scopes are different from each other:
Formulation and Chemical Management Lab
It is solely responsible to develop colour, season wise colour pallets for customers against provided standard and assessing right dyes, costing etc.
Confirmation Lab
The term ‘RFT (Right First Time)’ is first and foremost important aspect to be followed at ‘Dyeing Section’. The confirmation lab plays a very vital role in regard to assuring colour matching at bulk and reproducibility (reproducing) i.e. accuracy on lab & bulk.
Testing Lab
Sports Circle Testing Lab Ltd. (ETLL)
It is our commercial lab and an independent third-party lab accredited by all the renowned retailers of EU, UK and US. Here we assess potential risk of regulatory compliance and perceive non conformities by lab testing. Our Testing Lab extend its work area beyond routine testing to consultation, monitoring of regulation and solving problem.
In today’s fast changing fashion world ‘wash garment’ has already taken a strong place. It carries a different vibe to the youth. To grab the opportunity and to cater to high street fashion market, Sports Circle has introduced a world class washing facility for knit merchandise where any type of wash can be done up-to 200,000 pieces daily. The facility is equipped with 24 bulk dyeing machines, 26 dryers, 2 deep dyeing machines and 2 spray cabinets. Mentionable that, updated and modern technology like E-Flow system, eco-friendly dyeing already adopted for sustainability and greater interest to reduce energy. We’re always ready to serve our customers for any tailor-made support required for any ‘wash order’
Yarn dyeing having a facility of 5 tons /day together with 5000 cones/day are notable in house sewing thread facility. All dyeing, back process and finish process facility are of European high standard machinery. Space dyeing and grinddle yarn facility are considered the fashion trend with Yarn dyed Product. High resolution thread scanner with Data Color are used to detect the single thread Color for better reproducibility from the supplied standard and it is a unique way to find the stripe in fashion design to produce a small hanger with limited cost together with high-tech dispensing and small dye lot dyeing facility. We have a unique system on quality control with high-tech instruments, and a complete testing facility together with single thread multi stripper.
